Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g spaetzle
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 125 g mushrooms from the can
- 125 g carrot(s) (baby carrots), frozen
- 125 g peas, frozen
- 100 ml cream
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
when things have to go quickly
Brown the bacon cubes and then add the finely chopped mushrooms. Add the spaetzle. Briefly run the baby carrots under warm water in a sieve, chop them up a bit, and add them. Add the peas. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Before serving, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Now serve and enjoy.
