Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.2 liters of white wine
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ liter chicken broth
- 3 Maultasche(s) (Swabian Maultaschen)
- 8 mushrooms, brown
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50 g bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chop the onion, garlic, and bacon into small pieces. Slice the mushrooms and Maultaschen into strips. Sauté the mushrooms, garlic, bacon, and onions in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Once they’re roasted, deglaze with the white wine and add the chicken stock and Maultaschen strips. Cook them according to the package instructions. Then add the cream and reduce the mixture to the desired consistency.
