Ingredients
 

  • Dough
  • 125 g Butter (soft) or margarine
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla flavor or vanilla extract
  • 125 g Sifted flour
  • 1 Knife point Salt
  • Filling
  • 125 g Powdered sugar
  • 80 g Mascarpone
  • 75 g Butter
  • 1 Vials Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
  • 2 Baggage. Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • Dough: Mix butter (margariene) with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar until frothy.
  • Mix cocoa powder, salt, vanilla flavor or extract and powdered sugar well.
  • Add flour and knead into a biscuit dough (knead lightly). Chill for ONE hour.
  • Sift the flour onto the work surface and roll out the dough thinly (2-3 mm with aluminum foil).
  • Cut out circles with a diameter of 2-4 cm from the dough sheet.
  • Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 150 ° C for 10-15 minutes and let cool down !!!
  • Filling: Stir powdered sugar, mascarpone, softened butter, butter-vanilla baking flavor and vanilla sugar until the mixture is creamy.
  • Pour the cream into a piping bag or (cut off the bottom corner of the freezer bag).
  • Put something on one biscuit and put a second biscuit on top and press down lightly. ---Store cool---
