Ingredients

for the dough:

  • 120 g Butter
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 bottle Vanilla flavor
  • 125 g Flour

for the filling:

  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 g Coconut oil
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 0,5 bottles Vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • For the dark dough, stir the butter until foamy and then stir in the other ingredients. Process into a soft dough, add a little flour if necessary. Knead it with your hands, then wrap it in foil and put it in a cool place.
  • For the filling, first melt the coconut oil and let it cool down. Stir all ingredients until frothy.
  • Roll out the dark dough thinly and cut out circles (approx. 3 cm in diameter). Place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, then let cool down.
  • Spread a little filling on each cookie and place a second cookie on top. Lightly press.
  • The amount makes about 25 biscuits. They taste best when stored in the refrigerator. Hold about 1 week.
