Pudding Cake – without Flour
The perfect mazu12 pudding cake – without flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 packet Custard powder
- 140 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 4 Whole eggs
- 140 ml Oil
- Mix the pudding powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder well.
- Beat the eggs lightly until frothy.
- Fold in the pudding mixture.
- Finally add the oil.
- Put in a greased springform pan, e.g. Ø 26 cm.
- Bake preheated – fan-assisted at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes
- Dust the cooled cake with e.g. powdered sugar.
