Rhubarb Pudding Cake

- 1 Kg Rhubarb
- 5 Eggs
- 400 g Flour
- 200 g Quark
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 7 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- Process flour, baking powder, 100 grams of sugar, oil, lemon juice, 1 egg, quark and salt with a mixer (kneading) into a smooth dough, and roll out, the dough is enough for 2 springform pans or 1 tray.
- Peel the rhubarb, cut into pieces, sprinkle with a little sugar and place on the cake batter
- Mix the pudding powder, 4 eggs, cream, sour cream and sugar with a mixer and pour over the rhubarb.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
