Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Rhubarb
  • 5 Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 200 g Quark
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 7 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Process flour, baking powder, 100 grams of sugar, oil, lemon juice, 1 egg, quark and salt with a mixer (kneading) into a smooth dough, and roll out, the dough is enough for 2 springform pans or 1 tray.
  • Peel the rhubarb, cut into pieces, sprinkle with a little sugar and place on the cake batter
  • Mix the pudding powder, 4 eggs, cream, sour cream and sugar with a mixer and pour over the rhubarb.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
