Lightning-fast colorful pasta salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g whole-wheat pasta, e.g., croissants or spirali
  • ½ can kidney beans or chili beans, approx. 200 g
  • ½ jar corn, approx. 100 g
  • 3 slices of salami
  • 3 slices of mountain cheese
  • ¼ leek(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise or salad cream
  • Herbal salt or spice mix Kräuterlinge
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Finely slice the leek and dice the salami and cheese. Place everything in a bowl with the corn and beans. Add the mayonnaise. Drain the cooked pasta, run it briefly under cold water to cool, and add it to the bowl. Stir everything thoroughly and season with plenty of garlic powder and herb salt.
