Meat: Ahab’s Bavarian Pork Belly Gyros

  • 450 g Pork belly
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 shot Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Herbal mixture Italian
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 4 Splash Worcester sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  1. First cut the meat into thin slices and then into strips. Mix all ingredients together, mix with the meat and leave to marinate in a sealable box or freezer bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  2. Heat a pan with a little oil, fry the meat with the marinade on a low heat until crispy brown. Add the broth spoon by spoon and don’t forget to stir so that nothing burns. To taste.
