Ingredients
- 450 g Pork belly
- 1 Diced onion
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 shot Oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Herbal mixture Italian
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 4 splash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- First cut the meat into thin slices and then into strips. Mix all ingredients together, mix with the meat and leave to marinate in a sealable box or freezer bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Heat a pan with a little oil, fry the meat with the marinade on a low heat until crispy brown. Add the broth spoon by spoon and don't forget to stir so that nothing burns. To taste.
