Ingredients
- 500 g Pork belly, sliced
- Salt, pepper, marjoram
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 250 ml Meatsoup
- 0,25 tsp Sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 260 ° C.
- Peel the onion and cut into wedges.
- Wash the pork belly, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat on both sides. Place on an oven rack and grill for about 15-20 minutes. Turn after 7-8 minutes.
- Fry the onion in the remaining frying fat and dust with flour. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, stirring, deglaze with meat stock. Let the sauce reduce, season with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
- Arrange the pork belly with sauce on plates.
- "Bavarian cabbage" and "bread dumplings" go well with it.
