Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pork belly, sliced
  • Salt, pepper, marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 250 ml Meatsoup
  • 0,25 tsp Sweet paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to 260 ° C.
  • Peel the onion and cut into wedges.
  • Wash the pork belly, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
  • Heat the clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat on both sides. Place on an oven rack and grill for about 15-20 minutes. Turn after 7-8 minutes.
  • Fry the onion in the remaining frying fat and dust with flour. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, stirring, deglaze with meat stock. Let the sauce reduce, season with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
  • Arrange the pork belly with sauce on plates.
  • "Bavarian cabbage" and "bread dumplings" go well with it.
