Potato and Kale Casserole

The perfect potato and kale casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Fried potatoes
  • Kale
  • Salt
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • Grated Emmental
  1. Put the fried potatoes and the kale (both in my cookbook) in a pan and fry them with the diced ham and the diced onion.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan, pour over the kale and potato mixture, sprinkle with the Emmental, close the pan with a lid and let it set over low heat.
