Ingredients
 

  • Fried potatoes
  • Kale
  • Salt
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • Grated Emmental

Instructions
 

  • Put the fried potatoes and the kale (both in my cookbook) in a pan and fry them with the diced ham and the diced onion.
  • Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan, pour over the kale and potato mixture, sprinkle with the Emmental, close the pan with a lid and let it set over low heat.
