Potato and Kale Casserole
The perfect potato and kale casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Fried potatoes
- Kale
- Salt
- 100 g Ham cubes
- Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 4 Eggs
- 1 shot Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
- Grated Emmental
- Put the fried potatoes and the kale (both in my cookbook) in a pan and fry them with the diced ham and the diced onion.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan, pour over the kale and potato mixture, sprinkle with the Emmental, close the pan with a lid and let it set over low heat.
