Ingredients
- 1 piece Big pork tenderloin
- 200 gr Bacon
- Basil
- 3 piece Red peppers
- 1,5 piece Fresh onion
- 2 piece Small chilli peppers
- 1 a cup Schmad
- 1 a cup Cream
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper, some sugar
- 0,5 bunch Basil
Instructions
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 12 equal pieces and place between foil. Then cover the meat with a note of bacon and basil leaves, roll up and seal with a toothpick. Fry the meat rolls in a little butter and let cool down a little. Carefully remove the toothpicks and place the meat in a gratin dish.
- Now clean the vegetables, roughly chop them and puree them well in the kitchen machine with the remaining ingredients. Add a good handful of basil leaves, season the sauce to taste and pour over the meat rolls, then gratinate in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with side dishes of your choice. We had ribbon noodles as a side dish
