Meat salad with meatloaf

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g meatloaf or alternatively meat sausage
  • 16 small gherkins
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meatloaf into thin strips. Halve the gherkins lengthwise and finely dice. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and chives and parsley, if desired, and mix everything together. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
