Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lean ham cubes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400 g potatoes
- 800 g Chinese cabbage
- 400 g meat sausage
- Caraway seeds
- salt and pepper
- 1 liter meat broth

hearty stew for the cold season
Pour the oil into a pot, add the diced onion and ham pieces, and fry. Peel the potatoes, peel the sausage, and dice both. Slice the Chinese cabbage. Add the potatoes to the onions, season, and top up with the meat broth. When the potatoes are almost tender, add the Chinese cabbage and sausage and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
