Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. croissants)/wholemeal pasta
- 300 g meat sausage / turkey sausage
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the sausage lengthwise and crosswise, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion. Lightly brown the sausage in a little oil, let the onions become translucent, then add the cooked pasta. Stir vigorously with half a tube of tomato paste and season generously. Enjoy!
