Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 500 g meat sausage
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Sugar
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, cook the rice. Slice the onions into rings and sauté them with the sliced sausage. Slice the mushrooms thinly, add them to the sausage, and cook for about 7 minutes. Then add the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
