Rice pan with fresh bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice, cooked
  • 400 g bratwurst, fresh, deveined
  • 300 g carrot(s), grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 300 g broccoli
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil and cook the carrots. Add the sausage and fry until lightly browned. Deglaze with soy sauce and add the cooked broccoli and rice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
