Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 gherkins
- chives
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Skin the sausage, cut it into thin slices, and place it in a small bowl. Slice the onion into rings and mix it with the sausage. Chop the gherkins and sprinkle them on top. Make a sauce with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil and mix it all together. Arrange everything on a large, flat plate, sprinkle with chives, place a piece of dark bread on the edge, and serve.
