Cheese and pepper salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes. Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. Mix the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper with a pinch of rosemary. Thin the dressing with a little water if necessary. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and season to taste.
