Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat (pork)
  • 2 rolls
  • 4 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • some milk
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Soak the bread rolls in milk, then squeeze out any excess liquid. Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Form the meat mixture into meatballs. Fry in batches on both sides in a heated pan. After frying, place the meatballs in a saucepan, add a splash of water, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
