Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s), (size M)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 onion(s), red, finely chopped
- n. B. herbal salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated (season to taste)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, then form small balls (about 30-35), place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes on the middle rack. The meatballs are also great cold for a buffet. You can also knead a handful of corn or peas into the dough.
