Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g minced beef
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the fat until fluffy. Add the meat, egg yolk, spices, and breadcrumbs. Form the mixture into dumplings, place them in boiling salted water or boiling soup, and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
