Meatballs in curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs or oat flakes
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 125 ml water
  • ½ cube of stock
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the minced meat, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper into a meatball mixture. Form small dumplings. Fry them in a deep pan until golden brown on all sides. Add the flour and curry powder to the fat and deglaze with water and wine. Bring to a boil and finish cooking the dumplings in the sauce. Add the stock cubes and cream, and season to taste.
