Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 large carrots
- 1 bag of bell pepper(s), red, yellow, green
- 1 jar mushrooms or fresh
- ½ jar dry cider
- 100 g whipped cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- Vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped

Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, and parsley to form a dough and form meatballs. Fry the meatballs in oil until crispy and keep warm. Clean the carrots, bell peppers, and fresh mushrooms and cut into thin strips. Drain the mushrooms from the jar and also cut them into strips. Add everything to the frying fat from the meatballs and sauté for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle over the vegetable stock to taste, add the apple cider and cream, and reduce. Serve the meatballs and vegetables together with boiled potatoes.
