Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the minced meat with the egg, finely sliced ​​spring onions, and crushed garlic, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the diced feta and mix again. Form the minced meat mixture into 10 meatballs and fry them in a pan with little fat over medium heat. Serve with salad and baguette.
