Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- ¼ tsp thyme, dried
- ¼ tsp oregano, dried
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 tbsp flour
- 0.38 liters of instant meat broth
- 100 g mushrooms
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- some flour (breadcrumbs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
especially the sauce tastes good!
Peel and dice the onion. Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper, herbs, and milk. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Coat the peeled eggs in the meat mixture and form into a loaf, dusting with flour. Roast the meatloaf on the lowest rack for 1 hour. Gradually add the meat broth. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Serve the meatloaf and pour the cooking juices into a small saucepan. Cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Mix the sauce with the sour cream, mustard, and ketchup. I like to serve the meatloaf with boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables.
