Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beans, frozen (princess beans)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs, frozen
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Can also be eaten cold as a salad

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add the frozen beans, and bring to a boil. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stems, and dice them. Add them to the beans, along with the Italian herbs and a pinch of sugar. Sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, let the vegetables cool and serve as a salad with a drizzle of vinegar and oil. The calorie information refers to the preparation as a vegetable without oil.
