vegetarian grilled dish, also delicious as a side dish to grilled meat
Wash and trim the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Brush and quarter the mushrooms, peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into thin half rings, peel and finely chop the garlic. Pluck the rosemary needles from the branch and finely chop them as well. Crumble the feta and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and let it chill for 2-3 hours. Then divide the mixture between eight pieces of aluminum foil, seal the parcels, and grill over indirect heat for about eight minutes. Serve as a vegetarian dish with baguette or as a side dish to grilled meat.
