Mediterranean Meat Rolls with Homemade Tzaziki

- For the rolls
- 300 g Minced meat half and half fresh from the butcher
- 1 Garlic bulb
- 1 Seasonal herbs … for me, marjoram, parsley, groundgrass, chervil, lovage

- Salt
- For the tzaziki
- 100 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 Cucumber
- First, peel the cucumber and the garlic and finely chop everything, add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and put the tzaziki aside.
