Tunisian Meat Rolls

- 750 g Lamb minced meat; alternatively, ground beef
- 1 thickness Onion
- 2 Chinese garlic
- 1 bunch Parsley smooth
- 1 tsp Harissa paste
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck from the stems. Chop finely as well. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, garlic and half of the parsley over a mild heat until the onions are translucent.
- Mix the minced meat with the spices, the onion mixture from the pan and the remaining parsley. Shape into rolls and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Heat a grill pan without adding fat. Fry the rolls until they are crispy brown. We had tomato salad, french fries and garlic yogurt with it. Simply mix whole milk yogurt with salt, pepper and chopped garlic to taste.
