  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 500 g Potatoes half cooked
  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 1 Paprika
  • 0,5 Eggplant fresh
  • 2 Red onions
  • 3 cloves Freshly cooked garlic

  • 2 Bay leaf
  • Pepper, salt, chilli

Instructions

  • -Fry the minced meat with chopped onions and garlic, pepper and salt and add Mediterranean herbs
  • Add the ham cubes
  • -Fold in the cream cheese (herbs or other types also work very well)
  • -Put the diced potatoes (I cook them about 20 minutes beforehand), peppers, zucchini and aubergine and a large baking dish, sprinkle with herbs, add bay leaves and season again.
  • Now put the minced cream cheese mixture in the baking dish and mix everything lightly
  • Scatter sheep's cheese on top (I usually use diced herbal sheep's cheese)
  • Approx. 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees (convection)
  • TIP 1! I prepare everything a few hours before I put it in the oven so that it can go through nicely! Tip "
