Mediterranean Minced Sheep’s Cheese Gratin

The perfect mediterranean minced sheep’s cheese gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 500 g Potatoes half cooked
  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 1 Pc Paprika
  • 0,5 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 2 Pc. Red onions
  • 3 Toes Freshly cooked garlic
  • Dried Mediterranean herbs
  • 2 Pc Bay leaf
  • Pepper, salt, chilli
  1. -Fry the minced meat with chopped onions and garlic, pepper and salt and add Mediterranean herbs
  2. Add the ham cubes
  3. -Fold in the cream cheese (herbs or other types also work very well)
  4. -Put the diced potatoes (I cook them about 20 minutes beforehand), peppers, zucchini and aubergine and a large baking dish, sprinkle with herbs, add bay leaves and season again.
  5. Now put the minced cream cheese mixture in the baking dish and mix everything lightly
  6. Scatter sheep’s cheese on top (I usually use diced herbal sheep’s cheese)
  7. Approx. 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees (convection)
  8. TIP 1! I prepare everything a few hours before I put it in the oven so that it can go through nicely! Tip “
