Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp olives, black
- 75 g Emmental cheese
- 1 handful of arugula
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious with a summer barbecue
Mix the quark with olive oil, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Quarter the olives lengthwise. Finely chop the arugula leaves, grate the Emmental cheese, and fold everything into the quark.
