Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (gobetti, small fork spaghetti)
  • 3 slices of cooked ham (Prosciutto cotto)
  • 5 tomatoes, dried
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 leaf of sage
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the sage and chives. Combine the cream, tomato paste, and paprika (or chili powder if desired) in a bowl, mix well, and finally add the fresh herbs. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and ham, and slice the mushrooms. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and ham and fry briefly over high heat. Deglaze with the prepared sauce. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, toss with the sauce, and sprinkle with the chopped basil.
