Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels (diced)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 90 g olives, black
  • ½ tsp chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Rosemary and thyme, (fresh or dried)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan. Roughly dice the onions and fry in the oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and herbs. Fry the roughly diced zucchini for about 3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, if desired. Add the meat and olives. Stir in 200 ml water and stock. Bring everything to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste.
