Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 bowl of arugula
- 1 bag of mozzarella
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
- 3 figs
- Parmesan, grated
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with figs and tuna
Wash the arugula, wash the tomatoes, and halve them. Dice the mozzarella and wash and cut the figs into small pieces (peel them if desired). Mix everything together in a large salad bowl, then add the tuna. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, mix everything well, and garnish with some grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
