Mediterranean sea bream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large sea bream(s)
  • 1 garlic bulb(s)
  • 3 organic lemons
  • 8 rosemary sprigs
  • a few stalks of parsley
  • a few stalks of basil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the garlic and chop everything into small pieces. Slice the lemons and halve the cherry tomatoes. Clean the sea bream and place it in a casserole dish. Fill each sea bream with 2 lemon slices, a rosemary sprig, and 1-2 garlic cloves. Then sprinkle the coarse salt over the fish. Place the remaining lemon slices on the sea bream and sprinkle the remaining garlic over them. Add the remaining rosemary sprigs, basil, parsley, and tomatoes. If desired, you can add a little more olive oil, but it also tastes delicious without oil. Roast in an oven preheated to 220°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes on the middle rack.
