Mediterranean spaghetti with zucchini, tomatoes and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, good
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and finely dice the garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Once the oil is hot, heat the diced garlic cloves in the oil for 2 minutes and add the zucchini cubes. When the zucchini cubes are cooked through, add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the diced feta cheese. Mix well, divide among plates, and then serve.
