Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 850 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 100 g pine nuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 500g pasta
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta with raw tomato sauce

Cook pasta al dente in salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic and drizzle with oil. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. Add the pine nuts, chopped basil, and Parmesan cheese to the tomatoes. Mix well and pour over the hot pasta. Serve with salad. Tip: Let the raw tomato sauce sit for a few hours or overnight.
