Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g ham
  • 125 g bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some butter
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

with carrots, zucchini, ham, bacon and egg

Make a dough from flour, butter, salt, and water. Line a springform pan with it more than halfway. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little butter. Slice the zucchini and carrots and add them. Then add the bacon and ham. Deglaze the mixture with the cream and let cool. Whisk the eggs with the spices in a cup and add to the cooled ingredients. Pour the vegetable mixture into the springform pan and spread the cup of sour cream on top. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at about 180°C, depending on the type of oven, until the cheese is a nice golden brown.
