Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 onions, white
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and low in calories

First, peel the onions and quarter them. Sauté them in a saucepan with a little butter. Puree the onions, milk, and water in a blender. Strain the onions back into the pan. Add the vegetable stock and seasonings. Simmer gently (about 5 minutes). Add the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
