Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large Chinese cabbage (600-700g)
- 1 tbsp mustard, to taste
- 300 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped (parsley, chives)
- 1 tsp honey
- n. B. Salt and pepper to taste

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
suitable for 2 people or 4 smaller side salads
Chop and wash the Chinese cabbage, then drain. Then, in a bowl, combine the yogurt with the mustard, oil, vinegar, and herbs. Season with salt, pepper, and honey to taste. Mix the drained Chinese cabbage with the dressing and serve. If you like, you can also add finely diced apples or pears; this also tastes delicious.
