Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 kohlrabi
  • 5 carrots
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Make a dressing from the yogurt and oil and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar. Add fresh herbs and mix everything together. Let it sit for a while.
