Melon and Ginger Sorbet

The perfect melon and ginger sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Watermelon fresh
  • 20 g Grated ginger
  • 1 Lime untreated
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  1. Core and puree the melon. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Wash off the lime, grate the peel and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and then put them in the freezer. Let freeze for approx. 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally so that no “water crystals” form!
  3. “BON APPETITE”
