Melon and Ginger Sorbet
The perfect melon and ginger sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Watermelon fresh
- 20 g Grated ginger
- 1 Lime untreated
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- Core and puree the melon. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Wash off the lime, grate the peel and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix all the ingredients together and then put them in the freezer. Let freeze for approx. 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally so that no “water crystals” form!
