Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g watermelon(s)
  • 200 ml Prosecco
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cool, fresh fruity drink made from watermelon, mint and prosecco for hot summer days

Cut a wedge from the watermelon, removing as many seeds as possible, separate the flesh from the rind, and cut into pieces. Remove the seeds if necessary. Chop the mint leaves into small pieces. Place the watermelon pieces and mint leaves in a jug or blender and blend until smooth. Pour the ice cubes and the melon-mint mixture into wine glasses and top with Prosecco. 110 kcal per serving.
