Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 250 g feta cheese
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 parts olive oil
- 1 part vinegar or lemon juice
- pepper
- n. B. herbs, e.g. mint, basil, parsley
- n. B. Olives, green or black
Instructions

Cut the melon flesh from the rind and cut into bite-sized pieces. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the melon cubes. Finely chop the bell peppers and olives and sprinkle them over the top. Mix together a dressing from olive oil, vinegar, and pepper, add to the bowl, and mix everything together. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, if desired.
