  • 0,5 Honeydew melon
  • 1 tbsp Orange liqueur
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 1 Ginger about the size of a thumbnail
  • 4 Lemon balm leaves
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 cl White wine dry

Instructions

  • Remove the seeds from the melon with a spoon. Cut out five balls with a melon cutter. Put in a bowl and drizzle the orange liqueur over it. Refrigerate.
  • Cut the remaining pulp from the melon. Chill the melon peel. Squeeze the lime. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Wash lemon balm, shake dry and tear the leaves a little.
  • Puree the melon pulp with a teaspoon of lime juice, ginger, lemon balm leaves and sugar. Pour in the wine and mix everything well.
  • Place the melon peel on a dessert plate. Pour in the cold bowl. Grind a few chilli flakes over it. Spread the melon balls on top and finally garnish with lemon balm. Chill for another 20 minutes ... and then just enjoy 😉
