Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 750 g bratwurst sausage meat
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp marjoram or thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Party recipe

Dice the sausage, toast and dice the bread slices, and finely chop the onions. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then pour into a cake or tart dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. Tastes just as good warm as cold. Ideal for a buffet.
