  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • Sweets (colored sugar pearls)

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the powdered sugar. Using a piping bag (either with a star nozzle or a plain nozzle), pipe ghosts onto the aluminum foil. Press in sugar pearls for eyes and let them dry in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 2-3 hours.
