Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- salt water
- 3 eggs
- 1 package of vegetables (pan-fried vegetables with herb butter, frozen)
- some water
- 1 small can of corn, drained
- 1 meat sausage
- salt and pepper
- possibly kidney beans
Instructions

quick to make and super tasty
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions, then place the cooked rice in a sieve and drain. Simmer the vegetables in a pot with a little water and add the corn. Then add the butter and let it simmer (do not drain the cooking water). Add the rice to the pan and fry briefly. Beat the eggs and add them; fry thoroughly until everything sizzles. Then add the vegetables to the pan with the rice and mix well. Dice the sausage and fry briefly in a second pan. Then mix the sausage with the rice. If you like, you can also add a can of kidney beans.
