Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 90 g goat cheese, 50%, in brine
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 chili peppers, red
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Pepper, black, coarsely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the goat cheese into 1 cm cubes. Finely chop the onion and chili peppers and mince the garlic. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, onion, garlic, and chili peppers. Form the mixture into small patties and press a cube of goat cheese into each patty. Sprinkle with coarse pepper and place the patties on an oiled or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
