Mettwurst Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Smoked Mettwurst cut into fine cubes
  • 1,5 piece Freshly diced onions
  • 1 piece Chopped garlic
  • 1 piece Chilli red freshly chopped
  • 1 piece Fresh celery finely diced
  • 500 g Diced carrots from our own cultivation
  • 750 g Freshly peeled potatoes, finely diced from our own cultivation, Linda variety
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth own production
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Cayenne powder
  • 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs chopped
  • 1 something Butter

Instructions
 

  • Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery to the broth, then add mettwurst cubes, onions, garlic and chilli (they were sautéed in butter beforehand). The pictures explain everything.
  • Let everything simmer together for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle in the herbs, serve and enjoy with bread or baquette.
