Mettwurst Vegetable Soup
The perfect mettwurst vegetable soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Smoked Mettwurst cut into fine cubes
- 1,5 piece Freshly diced vegetable onions
- 1 piece Chopped garlic
- 1 piece Chilli red freshly chopped
- 1 piece Fresh celery finely diced
- 500 g Diced carrots from our own cultivation
- 750 g Freshly peeled potatoes, finely diced from our own cultivation, Linda variety
- 1,5 liter Vegetable broth own production
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Cayenne powder
- 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs chopped
- 1 something Butter
- Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery to the broth, then add mettwurst cubes, onions, garlic and chilli (they were sautéed in butter beforehand). The pictures explain everything.
- Let everything simmer together for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle in the herbs, serve and enjoy with bread or baquette.
